We understand that you might not get the sizing right the first time. So enjoy one complimentary resize for all engagement rings within the first 6 month from receiving the ring. Further resizing will incur a fee, based on the metal and design.
Please be aware that there are specific constraints when resizing a ring to a significantly larger or smaller size. This is to ensure the integrity and quality of the band.

With 4-6 weeks of meticulous manufacturing time, we guarantee that every detail will be perfectly executed, creating a piece that you will treasure for years to come. There is no limitation to creativity, we can accommodate all designs and turn your ideas into heirloom grade pieces. Our portfolio of custom made pieces include: engagement rings, wedding bands, pendants, bangles, earrings, brooches and figurines in various metals namely: silver, gold and platinum.
We work with your budget to craft a piece that's unique just for you. Free quotations are provided for custom design items to ensure that your expectations are met during the process. Custom design engagement rings can start from $2,500 for an 18K solitaire engagement ring with 1.0ct round cut lab grown diamond G Colour, VS1 and 3 x Excellent Cut. All center diamonds come with an internationally recognised GIA and IGA certificate.
Our warranty policy covers normal wears on your rings. In the case of a manufacturing issue, The Classic Jewellers will cover repair expenses and relevant shipping charges. If, upon inspection, the ring displays noticeable bending, damage, or signs of improper care, we offer repair services at a cost.
As part of our service warranty, we extend a complimentary stone tightening and polish (for undamaged rings) on all engagement and wedding rings. We recommend an annual check-up to ensure the ongoing well-being of your pieces.
Please note our warranty does not cover lost, damaged, or chipped diamonds and stones. In the rare event of the feature stone falling out or becoming damaged, personal insurance is strongly advised.
Kindly be aware that our warranty becomes void if you opt for resizing or repair work with another jeweller. We will not take responsibility for work done by other Jewellers.
We strongly advise purchasing insurance for your ring. This coverage extends beyond our warranty, providing protection for accidents or unforeseen circumstances. We do have our own independent insurance and can be found here.

The Classic Jewellers ships Australia wide as well as internationally. All orders are shipped with Express Post via Australia Post (Signature on Delivery). Tracking numbers are provided with every order. All international orders have a flat rate of $80 AUD.

All pieces are designed and manufactured in house at our Adelaide CBD boutique and workshop by our team of expert jewellers and master stone setters, giving you piece of mind that your items are always in our safe hands and saving you middleman costs.
For ready-to-wear pieces, we offer the flexibility of exchanging or receiving an in-store credit (excluding postage fees) for unworn pieces returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Returns for earrings are not accepted due to hygienic reasons.
To initiate a return, please contact via email at info@theclassicjewellers.com and include your full name, address, photographic evidence of any fault, and a brief description.
Once any bespoke custom-made orders are in production or dispatched cannot be cancelled. Any cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the 20% deposit. All deposits are non-refundable, but modifications are possible by contacting the team.
For loose diamonds and gemstones, returns are not accepted. However, customers can reach out to the dedicated team to explore alternative options or seek further assistance here.

2) 30% Deposit processed and CAD( Computer Aided Design) sent to you via SMS or email for approval
3) Once approval is obtained, we proceed with crafting your item with an expected completion date 4-6 weeks once the CAD has been approved by yourself
Certainly, we can work with your gold and use your own stones. Re-modelling old jewellery is an alternative option to bring your old/inherited jewellery to life.
Our custom design pieces showcase natural accent diamonds with F-G colour and S1 clarity. We also offer higher grade natural or lab grown alternatives for the accent diamonds.
During the consultation, we offer sample pieces for you to try and gauge what the final piece will look like. The whole surprise element of a custom design piece is that it is a unique and one of a kind piece crafted just for you. In the rare event that you are not completely satisfied, you will be given the opportunity to modify the piece and additional charges may apply.
We offer complimentary in store pick up for all online orders. We also provide complimentary safekeeping for all items in the event you would like to keep it a surprise for a later date and unable to secure a safe location elsewhere.
Express and standard international shipping is available on all orders with tracking provided. We utilise Australia Post for all shipping and delivery, you may check estimated time frames here.
All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes. Prices do not include overseas custom duties or taxes that may incur. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party courier companies.Please ensure that you input the correct delivery details as are not liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.
Australia post is a reputable courier service and orders that have been flagged as delivered will not be eligible for refunds or replacement. We also offer shipping insurance with Q Report to provide you with peace of mind.
We offer 1 x complimentary resizing on all ready to wear and custom made rings and bands within 12 months of purchase.
You may use our ring size guide as a reference based on the circumference of your finger (use string to measure as an option). Alternatively you may attend our Adelaide CBD store to receive an accurate measure or visit your local jeweler if based elsewhere.
Returns and exchanges are not provided for custom made pieces, please contact our team if you wish to modify your custom made piece.
We offer a 30 day change of mind guarantee for all ready to wear items, proof of purchase must be presented and item must be unworn in it's original condition with all original components attached.
