We accept card payments online and in-store. Visa, Master-card, Amex, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. Cash payments are only available in store. 

Bespoke custom made jewellery 

Custom made orders require a 20% deposit before the manufacturing stage commences. Deposit amounts are at the discretion of The Classic Jewellers and are subject to the total value and materials used. The full balance must be paid before the item can be collected or shipped. 

Ready to wear 

All ready to wear items must be paid in full before the item can be collected or shipped. 

Layby 

At The Classic Jewellers, we understand that acquiring a piece of jewellery that you truly desire may require some planning. To make the process easier, we are excited to offer our valued customers the option to "lay-by" their purchases. 

With a low 25% deposit, you can secure your chosen piece and enjoy the flexibility of making regular payments, which must be completed in 1 year and is interest free. Once the full payment is made, we will promptly deliver your coveted jewellery piece straight to your doorstep or prepare it for collection in store. 

All layby deposit is non-refundable, and can not be redeemed with any other pieces or offers.
