Ready-to-Wear Jewellery

We are pleased to offer our valued customers an exchange or store credit (excluding postage fees) for eligible ready-to-wear jewellery pieces, subject to the conditions outlined below.

• Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original condition, including all original packaging and documentation.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

• Earrings are strictly non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

• To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@theclassicjewellers.com with your full name, address, and a brief explanation. Where applicable, photographic evidence may be requested.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or are returned without original packaging.

Shipping for Exchanges

• The first exchange per order includes complimentary return shipping.

• Any subsequent exchanges for the same order will incur shipping costs payable by the customer.

Bespoke & Custom-Made Jewellery

Bespoke and custom-made jewellery is crafted specifically to your specifications.

• Once a custom order has been approved and entered into production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

• Orders that have already been dispatched are also non-cancellable.

• All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

• Should you wish to make changes to a custom design prior to production, we encourage you to contact our team to discuss available options.

Loose Diamonds & Gemstones

Due to the nature of loose stones:

• Returns are not accepted for loose diamonds or gemstones.

• We are, however, happy to assist you in exploring alternative specifications where possible.

Gift Cards & Store Credit 

Gift Cards

• Have a minimum validity period of 3 years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

• The expiry date will be clearly displayed on the gift card or accompanying documentation.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Store Credit

• Store credits issued by The Classic Jewellers do not expire, unless otherwise stated.

• Store credit may be used toward any eligible purchase in-store or online.

• Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
