Ready to Wear Jewelry
We are pleased to extend to our valued customers the opportunity to avail themselves of either an exchange or a credit note (excluding postage fees) for any unworn, ready-made collection pieces (excluding earrings) that are returned to us in their original condition and packaging. It is important to note that such returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. For the purpose of initiating a return, we kindly request that you contact us via email at info@theclassicjewellers.com.
Please be advised that returns will not be accepted if the items are not in their original condition, which includes wear and tear, damage, alterations, or if sent without the original packaging and documentation. We are unable to accept returns for earrings due to hygienic reasons. To initiate a return, we require your full name and address, along with photographic evidence of the fault, accompanied by a brief description.
Bespoke Custom Made Jewellery
Please note that bespoke custom made orders that have been put into production and orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled, and a cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit.
All deposits are non-refundable. Should you wish to modify your custom made jewellery, please do not hesitate to get in contact with our team to discuss alternative options.
Loose Diamonds and Gemstones
We do not accept returns for the sale of loose diamonds and gemstones. We would like to extend our assistance to you and invite you to contact our dedicated team to explore alternative options should you find yourself seeking different specifications. DIAMOND AND GEMSTONE SELECTION
We meticulously select diamonds and gemstones from trusted suppliers, evaluating each stone's cut, clarity, colour, and carat weight to ensure exceptional quality.
We specialise in Natural Diamonds, Lab Grown Diamonds, Argyle Pink Diamonds, Moissanites, Australian Opals, Aquamarine, Emeralds, Sapphires, Rubies for engagement rings.
STEP 3
CAD DESIGN
Before production begins, we provide a complimentary CAD drawing, allowing you to visualise your unique design and be confident in the final product. The CAD drawing process typically takes 1-2 weeks. Once approved, our skilled craftsmen will commence production.

Once your custom ring is completed, we will personally notify you to arrange a convenient pick-up time. Additionally, we offer complimentary cleaning to ensure your ring looks its best.

PRODUCTION
