We offer complimentary shipping Australia wide for all orders over $150.  All orders are shipped with Express Post via Australia Post. Tracking numbers are provided with every order. 

International orders have a flat rate of $30 AUD. Click and collect is available at our Adelaide CBD store.

All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes. Prices do not include overseas custom duties or taxes that may incur. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party courier companies.Please ensure that you input the correct delivery details as are not liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.

Australia post is a reputable courier service and orders that have been flagged as delivered will not be eligible for refunds or replacement. We also offer shipping insurance with Q Report to provide you with peace of mind. 

We reccomend that you direct the parcel where it can be received between 9am – 5pm. In the event where the premises are unattended, the parcel will be sent to your nearest post office.
