We offer complimentary Express Shipping Australia-wide on all orders -Signature on Delivery. All parcels are shipped via Australia Post Express and include tracking, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

For ready-to-ship items, orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days once payment has been received and cleared, with delivery typically occurring 2–4 business days from dispatch. Deliveries within South Australia or capital cities may arrive sooner, while regional or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

To ensure successful delivery, we recommend nominating an address where the parcel can be received between 9am and 5pm. If no one is available at the delivery address, the parcel will be redirected to your nearest Australia Post office for collection.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via Australia Post Express at a flat rate of $80 AUD. Delivery timeframes are generally 5–7 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

All international orders are exempt from Australian GST. Please note that prices do not include any overseas customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are unable to ship to international PO Box addresses.

Order Processing & Availability

We update our product availability regularly; however, in rare cases, an item may sell out in-store before it is removed from our website. If this occurs, we will notify you within one business day.

If the item cannot be made to order, a full refund will be issued immediately. If the item can be custom made, we will advise you of the revised delivery timeframe and provide the option to proceed or receive a refund.

Delivery Responsibility & Insurance

We utilise Australia Post, a trusted and reputable courier service, for all deliveries. Orders that have been marked as delivered by the courier are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

We strongly recommend double-checking all delivery details at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or incorrect deliveries resulting from inaccurate information provided.

For added peace of mind, we offer optional shipping insurance through Q Report, covering loss or damage in transit.
