What Our Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing Defects – If any issues arise due to defects in materials or craftsmanship, we will repair or replace your jewellery at no cost.

• Stone Loss Due to Manufacturing Faults – If a stone becomes dislodged due to a flaw in our craftsmanship, we will replace it free of charge.

Exclusions

While we uphold the highest standards of quality, certain conditions fall outside our warranty:

• General Wear and Tear – Scratches, discolouration, or worn settings caused by daily wear are not covered.

• Damage Due to Misuse – Jewellery damaged due to improper handling, accidental impact, or neglect is not covered.

• Stone Loss from Wear and Tear or Misuse – While we cover loss due to manufacturing faults, damage from regular wear or mishandling is not included.

• Alterations by Third Parties – Any modifications or repairs by unauthorised jewellers will void the warranty.

• Loss or Theft – Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen jewellery. We strongly recommend Q Report Insurance for additional protection.

How to Make a Claim

If you need to make a claim under our Lifetime Warranty, simply visit our showroom with your original proof of purchase. Our expert jewellers will assess the piece to determine if it falls within the scope of our warranty. If covered, we will proceed with repairs or replacements at no cost. If the issue is not covered, we will discuss alternative solutions with you, including any associated costs.

Annual Inspection & Complimentary Cleaning

To maintain the beauty and integrity of your jewellery, we recommend an annual inspection by our jewellers. This ensures your piece remains in pristine condition and allows us to provide a complimentary cleaning and polishing service.
